Doctor in Psychology, she is a neuropsychologist specialized in dementias. She is a professor in the “Methods and Basics of Psychology” Department in the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Deusto. She is an expert in neuropsychological exploration and treatments of patients with dementia. Her career path has been developed at the University of Deusto (doctored in Clinical and Health Psychology) and the University Hospital of Cruces, Donostia, and Alava. She has been working on the creation, validation, and edition of intervention and cognitive rehabilitation structured programs for people with severe mental disorders and dementia.
